Bex (Puppy Female)

Hi, there! Bex here! My sisters and I took a looooong car ride from a pound in Missouri where we were dumped when we were just 10 weeks old. It was loud there and the pound is no place for a puppy!

I have to say, living the foster life is pretty great, but I'd really like to find the family that is going to love me forever so I don't have to move again. Maybe, it is your family?

At 13 weeks old and 15 pounds, my foster mama says I'm a typical puppy (whatever that means). Foster mama says she thinks I'm a lab/pit mix because of my floppy ears and "big old paws" (rude!). I am expected to be around 60 pounds full-grown. I love playing with the other dogs in my foster home. The cats here are pretty interesting, but they're also bullies. So I'm not making friends with them. They're teaching me about important things, like boundaries. I'm still working on housebreaking. My foster mom says I'm "treat motivated" and, um, yeah! Who doesn't like snackies? I like kids, too because they smell like snacks! Yum! My puppy teeth are still a bit sharp and I need to be reminded to be gentle.

I love to play with toys, roll in the grass, and give lots and lots of kisses. I also love to explore and I am usually the first to introduce myself to new people, explore new toys, or check out new places in the yard.

I'm supposed to tell you that I will be foster to adopt eligible in a couple of weeks if you're within 45 miles of Peoria or Bloomington. Before my adoption is finalized, I will be UTD on all of my vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. If you need a lovable, adventurous new family member, submit an application with Pet Pack Rescue Initiative. I can't wait to spend the summer, and the rest of my life, hanging out with you!!
