1. Go to the Caterpillar Foundation page found at the link below:
2. On the home page, click on “Caterpillar Cares Portal” on the right-hand side.
3. Log in.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click “I Accept.”
5. Click on “Volunteer Service Match.”
6. Click on “Search & Record.”
7. Type in “Pet Pack Rescue;” select Illinois for the state; and click “Search.”
8. Result will display “Pet Pack Rescue Initiative. Click “Select” on the right side of the screen.
9. Enter all required details (noted by *) then click “Save and Proceed.”
10. Review details and click “Submit.”
11. You can review the status of your requests and/or make any needed changes on the Matching Gifts home page.
